Truly enjoyed my nice stay for two nights. The location was favourable, with the movies and an amusement park close to the hotel. This property was set in a good area.

Had a fine stay during the holidays, everything was great. We were upgraded to a reasonably large and brand-new room with a pull out sofa. Truly enjoyed the nice decor of the room. The setting was incredible, near to many restaurants within walking distance, and a movie theater, Darien lake Amusement park, and airport. Furthermore, close to food establishments.

pleasant stay with minor improvements
The breakfast had an excellent variety of healthy options that catered to all diets. The staff's friendliness, especially the male staff member at checkout.
There were minor cleanliness details in the corners of the room that could use more attention.

Recommend for a quick weekend visit
Spacious room, convenient location, with a comfortable stay that included a friendly front desk staff and an indoor swimming pool perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The free airport shuttle made travel hassle-free.
The breakfast area can get crowded during peak hours.

Perfect birthday surprise!
We celebrated my daughter's 13th bday here, and it killed it! The staff were super friendly and surprised us with a room upgrade, awesome. The room was huge and beautiful! The girls loved the gift bag and treats. Only downside was the breakfast could be a bit better. Great stay!

In my wife's opinion, the pool could use more towels for kids. It was a little chaotic with the noise level from all the kids swimming around.

Had a great weekend getaway with my friends! The hotel was close to Diamond Hawk Golf Course, so we enjoyed a round of golf and also took advantage of the area shuttle to visit Eastern Hills Mall. The pool was nice and the breakfast had plenty of options. A solid stay with friends!

Diving into the local dining scene was hella fun! Close by, Russell's Steaks served a mean steak that had us talking for days. The breakfast spread was a nice surprise, with a solid selection to kick off our mornings. Plus, you can't overlook how spacious and comfy the Queen Suite was for the family.
A bit tricky with the ants showing up unexpectedly in our room, and while the front desk apologized, the response felt a bit delayed. It left a sweet stay slightly tarnished, but it didn't dull our spirits too much.

Great Space for a Family Getaway
I booked a room for my daughters birthday party. Front desk staff were nice and surprised us with an upgraded suite for extra space! Jenny seemed like a celebrity with that huge room, even got a gift bag from the staff!
Pricey, but honestly worth it.

Room comfort shines in the King Suite, with spacious layouts and cozy bedding that provides solid rest after a long day. The fitness center offers enough equipment for a decent workout, ensuring I could keep up my routine even while traveling.
The refrigerator is a pain. It only operates for two-hour stretches and requires constant button pushing, a hassle if you have items that need to stay chilled. Bathroom towels barely qualify as towels-small enough to question their usefulness. Then there's the bathroom cleanliness-inconsistent and a real letdown. Oh, and good luck with the door to the outside. It doesn't always close fully, which could be a security concern. Lastly, there were unexpected ants roaming around after a rain, a definite mood killer, especially with no prior warning from the hotel.
